They're not Comfort Seats, they're the M-Multi Functional seats & i'm not sure if you can get them perforated, but TBH being in the UK it's hardly worth it as the climate does not really give rise to the need for ventilated seats for more than about 5 days in the year, so heated non performated or ventilated seats make far more sense.
