I'm thinking of putting a 325i badge on my M3.
In Germany, where understatement is more popular, you see smaller engine badges on higher performance cars, e.g. a TDi (Turbo Diesel) badge on an Audi RS4 or 318d on a 335d. I can see the amusement factor when you put the pedal down, but not my taste and I think it's also rubbing it in other peoples faces to a certain extent who can only afford the car your effectively joking about.

Don't bother, all the 325i drivers will look down at you for trying to replicate their car

I look down at everyone because I'm better than all of you because I have an M5 Seriously I came from a 525 and for me the M5 is the pinnacle of the BMW experience. When I had the 525 I was just happy to have it at that point. I did some modding because I was proud of my car and proud to show it off. I see the M5 and Mtech kits all over the place and I give those e60 owners alot of respect because you obviously have to be an enthusiast to put the kit on. You're not driving it just to say you have a BMW. Faking it with a badge is just gay. Stop it its nonsense you look like a donkey and everyone knows you're a poser. Either debadge or live with the fact that you're not allowed to make eye contact with me ever (even in the supermarket) if you have a bs badge.
