They need the VIn of an M5 as if you buy M5 roof liner BMW only sell it to a real M5, this is normal.

However if somebody wants the M pack Anthracite liner you need only a normal E60 VIN.

Tony a hint: get a friend of yours with a real M5 to order you anything with his VIN

no, not your car`s vin sir it has to be M5 VIN or E60 with Alcantara in it!

The Part Number as you guys provided worked perfectly...Great Help Alex & Rudy..Thanks...The car interior looks phenominal with Alcantara Anthracite. I just picked her up this afternoon..headliner as well as on all other pillers, visors, sunroof tray, etc are now in Alcantara Anthracite finish - feels absolutely rich and supple..a complete transition from the standard headliner. Appreciated everyone's help in sorting the correct parts - which local and National Dealers ( Including Garry at Newport BMW) did not initially knew about and were stumped with my question--which I though was real interesting & somewhat amusing.

The M Aero body kit is also installed ( front /back and sides)...Tomorrow is the day for OEM Style 166 Wheels with BIG- PS2 Tires & Window Tint...Thanks Again..I will post the pictures soon..
