Based on a post I made on this Board regarding the Oil Filter backorder. They were very courteous, and promised to check on a number of other problems I made them aware of (VANOS line, Sound system not remembering settings). Nice to know they are listening to us!

Had to re-read the thread title to confirm that you were getting "courteous" service from BMWNA and not from your local dealer. That makes more sense.
