My Ride: 2008 Silverstone II E60 M5 2012 E70 AW X5 50i Sport w/ LCI Aero Kit and Rocker Panels

With the M5 you get a choice with chrome trim or high gloss shadowline. why you would go with chrome is beyond me, but it is an option on the M model. As for the taillights, it makes the car look like an albino. it even has pink eyes (on the back of it's ass of course).

My Ride: (E60) 535D M-Sport (DMS)

Those rear lights are actually a BMW aftermarket item. I was somehwat shocked when i 1st saw them in a display cabinet in my local BMW dealers parts dept, but they are genuine BMW (god knows who'd want them).

IIRC they cost about ?500 for the pair, which for something so awful is a little expensive.

Yes but guys even so...it still is an M5. I mean...for real now...stop being so picky, imo it's not that bad as it still revs to 8250rpm

White--->perfect color for a bmw imo (even "more perfect" for the m5 since white is the color of motorsport)
Chrome trim--->Not a fan and it doesn't work at all with white.
ACS rims---> as we said it's taste dependable.
Clear lights--->not my taste and imo doesn't look good.

BUT people!!!! It's still an M5, i mean the bad combination of chrome trims w/ alpine white + the addition of clear lights can really fuck up the car?! No imo! I mean shish people are more tolerant when they put M5 badges on non-M E60s and that imo is fucking up the car.
Bottom line is the answer to this question: Would you swap your E60 for that white E60 M5 for free?! If the answer is yes then i'm shocked to see how many would change to a fucked up car

I agree with you BMW but I also understand the point of Peter, and the way it is formulated is not against the Emmy it is against a **-*-*-*-*-*- who make this to that precious car, that is why Peter and many incl, me are upset seeing this, it just give the result to ppl hey I am rich w no taste

(this time was NOT refering to ACS)

Anyway thx for Peter for posting it, from this pic we cannot know if it is an M5 or not, the sound could help a bit...but better see what's under the hood.

What did he do? I saw topics about the comfort seats which is thumbsup because of the complexity of the thing, hope he really knew what he was doing, then the led-lights, and what more "heavy" mods?!

But ats honestly can you say pinguhk has a fucked up car because of the clear lights and acs mods?!

Of course that M5 could have been way better looking, and yes for many even stock would have been better but he didn't do anything that deep that would waste the car. You have to respect the owner to a point, and imo putting M5 badges on a non-M is more irrespectfull than this. I for one for example would go with a wide body kit M5 from hamann yet so many think it will "ruin" the car. Get my drift?
