I only have 21,000 miles on mine (Jan 2006 delivery).
There are two for sale on Cars.com right now with 79k and 76k miles, and a bunch of 'em with 50k to 60k miles.

I seen those two. Not a bad price too! If I were to consider those, I would want to know that there are others with the same miles and with no issues.

My Ride: 2004 545i Sport - Silver-Grey, Nav, Active Cruise, HUD, sport seats, Logic-7, charcoal filter mod, Euro reflectors, hard-wired V1
I now have 83K on my 2004 (build date 2/04). I bought it used at 49K. Stuff I've had fixed under my extended warranty so far include a broken window regulator, brake vacuum booster pump, and leaky water pump.
