Yep, HUD is a $1000 option in the US. It's a must-have though.

I stayed at a NASCAR event for a while--until bored out of my goard. ~{;^) But, the noise was very impressive--many, many, many HP. And, I have been to numerous PIR road-racing events--which are very noisey too. But, they were not so boring. There's a reason to attend those besides watching crashes. ~{;^)
