I could buy this if it was local, but I couldn't afford the insurance on this beast. They would charge around $600 a month probably for me insurance.

If the car has a clicking sound, you don't want it. Plus, you're not getting any warranty with 60K miles on the clock. Seems risky. If you can afford an M5, spend a little more for peace of mind.
