Interesting that it only has 3 records in CarFax. I don't have a current subscription so I can't see the details.

I did a search for the VIN, and it looks like it's being listed by "Cars that Click",
see attached document.

Within the doc is another M5 listed with about half the miles @ 39,433 for $45,950
but with 13 CarFax records! The one with 59,672 miles is starting to look really good .

That deal is pretty good!!! nice car too.. if you can get past that ferrari-like red leather!!

I paid 53,000 for my 06 in October.. mind you it had 6300 miles.

Too many miles, no????
My understanding is that BMW NA doesn't offer an extended warranty on these cars to 100K,...one part failure and your in deep $$$$$
That many miles on that kinda engine worries me....

From what I have been seeing in the whole sale market and remembering reading what the e39 M5 did. This car is going to be dirt cheep once the warranty is over. There is no real data on the cost to maintain/fix these cars on an extended basis. E60's can get expensive if anything has issues let alone putting an M/// Infront of the E60
