I am going to get stuck between roll outs: The F10 will premiere in a non M version sometime this fall, and the roll out of the F10 M5 which has not been documented as to release date, so with my lease up in January, been searching dealers for information, and an email from BMW ED indicated final build in December 2009, with all deliveries by December 22nd. Bummer..... what a ride

I think you are OK. If you pick upo your new E60 M5 in Germany in December by the time they ship it to Idaho it should be January. And even if someone you get the car here in December, your lease on the old car ends in January. So you could turn in your old car a few weeks early (in December) if you don't want to have 2 cars for a few weeks. And if production ends in December, those examples should be delovered to the US in January anyway.

Given the sad state of BMW Sales I bet that BMWFS would be very willing to negotiate a lease extension of a few months to give you the breathing room necessary to move from your current agreement to a new one without having to jump thru a lot of hoops.
