E60 M5 or Z8?
#22
Haven't looked into to recently, but I think the Z8s have leveled out around 100K. I'm pretty sure I'd get one over a M5 and get something like an accord if I needed the space.
Alas, I'd definitely get a porsche over the Z8. Brand new, I'd get a 997s or used I'd look into a 996TT or a GT3. Any of those cars over a M5 without a doubt.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy and appreciate the e60 as much as the next person, but the first couple of times I saw the M5, I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed. I understand the performance is there and its supposed to be an mild mannered sleeper so to speak, but I wish it was a little more flamboyant and imposing in its looks and demeanor.

Although I love the Z8, there's no question that I'd buy the M5...

What do you think of the current crop of aftermarket aerokits available? (Hartge, Hamann, ACS)

You know, 007 had a Z8!!!
I must say, it's a hard choice... For pure performance the M5. But I would go for the Z8. It's an amazing good looking car !!!
