Default E60 M5 engine reduced power

Hi guys,

Wondered if anyone could help me. I have an E60 M5 2005, about 54,000 on the clock. the car is currently saying reduced power, with the following error codes shown on a Bosch KTS 670,

2B40 Internal Fault, Faulty.
2B57
2796

Last two are system emergency mode.

I did have the erratic dsc,abs etc possibly from steering wheel angle sensor, but thats recently stopped.

On searching, i found the 2B40 to be the ionic current module. Switched them round but still getting fault on bank 2?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I would post that question on M5 board's forums. Ton of M5 owners over there that can probably help you out. But of course, check back here often.
