DOH !
I hope to see a few E60 M5 today, when I drive from Copenhagen to Frankfurt Am Main
There is nothing better than driving 200 km/h in Germany in the right lane, and an M5/M6 flyes by

I did not see a single E60 M5 either going or returning. Was passed in a traffic line by a Dutch registered M6 convertible in Luxembourg, but no M5's.
Seems they may not be all that common in Germany after all.

It is indeed shame and more sad, but mates please do not get it wrong man needs practice and take some lessons from pros...
or some nice semi-pro E60 racers we have quite a few when you know the track, your car and the capabilities of both then you are almost safe.
I have some videos when we passed some bikes and they are indeed sometime crazy.
I love the Nring and also does my MAMBA so I never play the PRO nor the dumb a$$ to risk anything still can do nice and fast turns, smaller or bigger drifts...
all matter of car and person behind the wheel and the experience of the track

I thought the same, drove from Calais in France to Salzburg in Austria across Germany passing by Munich on the autobahn this July.
I did not see a single E60 M5 either going or returning. Was passed in a traffic line by a Dutch registered M6 convertible in Luxembourg, but no M5's.
Seems they may not be all that common in Germany after all.

I was reading about the Ring policies for damage you cause to the track while using it and was pretty shocked at how much it costs to repair Armco and other charges. They even have a charge for a helicopter med flight if needed.
Edit: Charges are at the bottom of this page http://www.nurburgring.org.uk/prices.html
