The price and mileage certainly looks like a great deal. Just depends if you value the options that could have added over $13K to the value of the car (assuming this car didn't have any options).
There was an '06 Silverstone M5 for sale up here in NorCal with 43K miles and fully loaded but it was a lemon buyback. They were only asking $36K! I used to tell people to avoid lemons like the plague mainly because of resell value but that now that the car's almost 4 years old and at that price, who cares about resell value. I was pushing my coworker to pick it up and he was supposed to go yesterday but the seller never called back to give him directions and the Craigslist posting expired. Guess someone grabbed it. Oh well....

Sweet. Carfax is clean. If you're careful, I wouldn't let the interior scare you off that much. I guess it depends if you have kids or unruly passengers a lot.
