Not a bad price considering the mileage and goodies. Looking at the photos it does have SMG and HUD, but probably not full leather (hard to tell with those pics). And I don't think the Silverstone leather is perforated (for cooling). The other options to ask the seller about are comfort access, SAT radio, rear shades.
Go for it ... you won't regret having an M5.
