See.. this is all good.. and there is NO doubt in my mind that black rims on an m5 are just sickening... but i've yet to see a Sapphire Black M5 with the PC'd 166's on it.. I've seen the 530 that someone posted earlier.. but not an m5... and i'd really like to see it.
Is this going to hurt my resale down the road?!

Why would it hurt resale? They are still OEM rims with a custom touch. I really like the look of the Matte Black wheels on a black M5 - provides enoguh contrast so as not to distract from the true beauty of the M5.

My Ride: E60 M5, F85 X5M
Personally I would vote for what member JOHN did with his 166s. he had them painted black but then the face was polished, the insides remained black. They look awesome and something different from the all black wheel which is so common nowadays.

I definetly dont like the matte black, maybe its just on that first link.. but he needs to clean those tires and put some tint on it.. Looks dirty.
