Doe's anyone know if the 06 m5 body kit is available, or when it will become available?

Are you in North America? please post your location...

To the best of my knowledge, you should start seeing the 'M-sports Pak' option on the 5 series models late this year, once the 550 is available to spec out - late this year perhaps.
As for the bumpers themselves, you should be able to order them at the parts counter right now.

The M kit is officially available now for order on the BMW NA sight when you add accessories to it.

The M-Kit is already available... but the M5 Kit wont be till the M5 is officially released here. AND you wont be able to fit the real M5 bumper on a regular production E60 as the side fenders are not wide enough for the M5 bumper.
