How come the logic7 on my m5 is optional??

Hi, i just got my detailed info on my new m5 coming this november and one thing i notice is that the audio system is not logic 7..It says only hifi system?????? 
if i want to order the logic 7, the car has to be shipped back and will be delivered in 5 months...i dont want that!so i just wanna share this matter and wanna hear the general opininion.thanks.
Also i forgot to mentioned that it says the seats for the m5 are sepang bronze and black??how is this possible?they said the side part of the seats are black but the horizontal part is sepang bronze...is this possible?sorry if my post is confusing

Sounds like a country specific configuration issue. Logic7 is standard in US, and several interior color options.
