Since I live in Texas, there's no use for winter tires so summer tire is all I've ever used. I mainly commute and never track the car so comfort/quietness is number one priority then tread wear and traction. I've had great tread wear with Yokohama Advan Sport and it lasted 57k miles. The grip wasn't all that great as compared to the Goodyear F1 G3's I had before. I would like to hit somewhere in between, 35k with excellent grip and it must be quiet! Again, summer tires is all that's needed. Any suggestions?

Would buy Michelin or Continental, as they last long and are well balanced.
