Hello All,

I need to replace one of my high beam bulbs (DRL) as it burned out. I was thinking of going with a yellow bulb for something a little different. I know the High Beams (DRL's) function at reduced power (80% I believe), do you think it will still show as yellow? Has anyone done this? Any recommendations on brand, Hoen, Mtech, PIAA or Nokya?

 

The light in a yellow halogen bulb is shown through the filament on the bulb. A slightly lesser light output should actually make it appear more yellow.
