WTB 2004 525i pre-LCI headlights

So my buddy drives a 2004 525i and his headlights are really fucked up; you can't even see the AE or bulbs through the haze. He's tried scratch x and other stuff with a sander and it seems he just needs to buy a pair of new headlights.
Any suggestions guys?
