Hello Guys,
My car is 525d 3.0 e60 2007. Last week my wiper stopped working during heavy rain after 17 years of using car and mileage is around 140000,
it looks motor is gone as it works only for 20 minutes then stop in rain. When I checked it was pretty hot to touch.
Now I do not want to buy BMW costly motor assembly but wanted to replace motor only.
Please suggest which after market motor brand is most suitable to match OEM supply for this car which works.
Any early be much appreciated.
Regards
Harish

Why not go to a junkyard and get one there?
Use this parts catalog to find compatible models to scavenge from: Realoem.com
Put in your VIN number and then navigate to Vehicle Electrical System -> Single Wiper Parts
Click on the part in question and it will pop up all the compatible vehicles that used that same part.

Being that BMW doesn't offer only the motor you will only find cheap china motors. I think Cardone makes just the motor but it's around $200. If you're try to go cheap just buy a used one

Also, I see this one on UK Amazon:
This one is also listed at Rockauto.com in the US as being compatible with my E60 as well. This brand is generally good.

Thanks Guys for quick response and sorry for late reply.
i have ordered one from AUTODOC and try to fit it next week. However I took reading of battery which is found to be 12.2 and alternator charging voltage is 13.9 to 14v. Are value ok or a sign of other problem?
regards
