I went with Blizzak MZ-03 245/40 R18s on Mille Miglia five spoke rims. I went with the 18" for better handling on dry/wet pavement days.

For those friends from around the world, Cleveland is on the North coast of the US, boardering Canada seperated by the Great Lakes. Modo lake effect snow during the winter.

Well I learned some new geography on this site. Didn't know the US had a northern coast.
Back to the topic, I'm running Dunlop M3 snow tires 235/45 18s on ASA JH3 8 inch wheels. Dry handling is excellent. Minimal tire noise and compliant ride. I am very pleased with them. They have already been through an 8 inch snowfall.

Some exact setup I have. Works great. Love 'em. Would definitely get them again. And for comparison vs. the OEM runflats - less tire noise, more compliant ride, steering less sharp, 50-70% of the dry handling, 254% better in the snow/ice.
