they have a 19" version specifically for the 5 series. I had the 19s 128s before. but there is a member on here with the 128s 21" version so yes it will fit

My Ride: See sig :)
the 21s from the 7 series usually have 285/30 back which imo would be tad toooo big for the 5. Different tires it could work, pending offsets will work.

The front should not be an issue, because the 7er rim is a half-inch wider but the ET (hub depth / offset) is 6mm greater and therefore compensates for this. They tyre sizes are also the same as on the E60. So that's all fine.
On the rear however, it could be a tighter squeeze, because the ET value is lower AND the rim is wider. So the ET value will push the rim out further and the rim is wider. Not sure if you could fit a 275 wide tyre on the 10 inch rim to help reduce the risk of rubbing??
HOWEVER, a member has fitted this to their E60 and claimed they fitted ok. I suggest doing a search in the E60 Discussion section. Maybe it will all fit under the rear arch without rubbing
BWM wheel+tyre specs here:
5er E60
8,5x19 front 245/35R19 ET 18
9,5x19 back 275/30R19 ET 32

10x21 back 285/30R21 ET 24

275 or 285/20R21
