why is my ipod so gay?

does your ipod have the latest update? i had syncing problems before and all it needed was a lousy update.

Yeah as you stated I saw the cable on the upper right of your pic ... I dunno ... is that a new complete kit? Check where you got it for the green-sih plug cable and try using that instead to see if its any better ... also you might wanna try to open up a support case w/ Dension tech and query them 'bout your off-white/silver color plug wire ... according to Dension supported iPod table all Classic is supported using the green-ish plug no mentioned of other color.

No problem From your pic you seems to have the newer GW500 module so probably just the cable adapter is the culprit ... GL!

White cable is the newer cable and replaced the cable.

I have a 4th gen Ipod and also have problems now and again. All I do is connect the iPod to iTunes, let it sync and then reconnect to dension and it works.

PROBLEM SOLVED


The fault was that i plugged the ipod cable in the wrong slot at the back of dension500
