I'd be interested. What HID bulb type are you using?
Would they be aimed down like a low beam?
Any legality issues? I would think t would be ok, since it's no different than pulling out forward with HID headlights.
I would really LOVE this for my Land Rover.
Was wanting to do something similar for offroad visibility in reverse.

I guess there's enough interest that sparked the HID Reverse Lights. I'll do a DIY when I do Stevenbeboo's car or another person's car. $300 is installed. I managed to install it in Sunny's car in about 2.5 hours. Feeding the wires through from the rear
It's not as hard as one may think.
As for the switch, why install it if you dont want the switch? I plan to sell at $220 shipped. $80 labor since it is pretty intensive. 5 people GB is $180. 10 people GB should be about $170. Parts for it isnt cheap. The HID bulb itself cost a lot more.
Installed price will stay at $300. I'll start a GB link by next week.

I may be interested in this, but I'll wait to see what the pics and instructions look like.
Right now, I'm looking at V3 Angel Eyes, White LED Eyebrows, and HID Fogs, along with various Dinan upgrades so I'll need to see where this mod will fit into the picture.

What year and model E60 do you have? Do u have factory xenons? V3 angel eyes? Go with MTEC V2. One of the brightest angel eyes.
