It's a Bruce cable, so I'd contact Bruce directly. But that's just me.

depending on what version and how old the cables are, bruce may not be able to help as IIRC his warranty is not a lifetime warranty. Also, might be easier for a member here in the US to source the problem out to someone "local" and not across the pond...

These are the ones that are failing over time. If you replace them you should be good. Its a pity I have no stock as spares otherwise I would have just sent them to people.
