where to get dash board kits/inserts for 04 5 series?

Hey
Just bought a 04 bmw 530i and it has a wood colored dash inserts that i absolutely dont like. I was wondering where i could get some either black, carbon fibre, or stainless steel/machined inserts to replace all the wooden ones?? I have seen the cheap kits on ebay but want somthing that looks stock and not cheap?
any help would be appreciated!

I wonder what the overlay looks like installed? Would you have to glue it?
