Hi. I need to transport some large items and was wondering whether anyone knew about where to get compatible roof bars in the UK for the E60 (I've got the 2008 or 2009 model).

Ideally, I'd like something that I can also fit a roof box too and possibly also use it for a cycle carrier. I assume that any roof bars would work with either of these future purchases but I thought I'd mention just in case.

I had a look on Halfords website and it's just confusing with so many different products. I want to go for something that's going to be reasonably good quality (i.e. don't want to get the cheapest item that's not got great build quality). Also, I want something that is going to be easy to fit on the BMW.

I recently bought a rear mounted cycle carrier from Halfords which was cheap but the fitting wasn't great so definitely don't want to go cheap again unless the fitting and build quality are good.

There is a pair on Ebay right now. Don't know the price as I was just skimming through looking at E60 stuff.
