So I've been looking around at wheels for my 08 550i. Has the original 19" wheels. I wanna keep the same diameter to use the same tires. The reason I wanna switch wheels is because the OEM are a pain to clean. Too many tight spots.

These are the wheels I've got my eyes on.

TSW Strip 20mm offset front/rear 19x8/19x9.5

TSW Zolder same specs as the strip wheels

and last but not least
VMR V713 19x8.5/19x9.5 20/22mm offset.

My only concern with the VMR wheel is that its .5" wider. Im wondering how my 245/35 front is gonna look on it. I dont want the edge of the wheel to be wider than the tire.

What do you guys think?

Your 172's may be a pain to clean but I think they look much better than all 3 of those.

The plan is to remove the OEM wheels because the clear coat (if it had any) has come off. The wheels are badly stained and has some mild road rash.

I wanted to remove them and put some aftermarket while the OEM get completely repaired. Once the OEM are done put them away. If I ever feel the need to put them back, Ill be able to. If I sell the car or whatever the case may be.
