What size tires? Suggestions

My Ride: 2004 530i
Curious what size tires i should have on my car with 18' Staggered TSW Thruxtons. Right now i have 245/40 in front and 235/75 in rear. Does this seem like the right size? My ride is pretty harsh and was curious how i could improve it? Thank you

Seems like thats the right size for 18's, are you running run-flats??? May be the reason for the harsh ride.
