I've heard the same thing and can't believe it.
The UK has DVB-T, so why can't you order the settop box?
Makes no sense to me.

 

Ive not got a clue myself. Everything comes last to the UK.

They also told me that you dont need pro nav for the retrofit.

My tech is still checking on the input.

AFAIK, settop box and tv tuner have FBAS signals, what the CCC converts into RGB so it can be displayed on the screen (CID). So, if you are asking for outputs... FBAS... Input - my tech is checking...

I dont understand. Which one is the AV input to connect an external DVD player ? Is this only video or also audio included and which one is it on the design ?

 

In the pic below you see the installed box and FOUR empty pins.
Those four are AV inputs, now, don't ask me why the V has two as well...
Oh, ahh, yeah... I know those are not Cinch inputs...

These are strange connectors.
I see 2 greens and 2 brown ones left.
Does this mean that I have 2 video inputs and 1 audio input (left-right).
And if I dont have a TV tuner yet, do i need one ?
