Recently had KW V3's installed and, while they're already a HUGE upgrade over stock, I find them to be bouncier than I'd like. However, I'm a suspension novice, so I need some guidance on how to dial these in. Unfortunately, I'm not certain where my installer set them - I can find out tomorrow. But my initial impression is that they're a tad soft, and definitely too bouncy. What are your recommendations on how to set these up to get a nice firm, solid feel that won't bounce? -TMc

Hey man, I'm doing my install Monday but I assume that turning the top Allen nut clockwise a few clicks, should do the trick.

Yup that is the trick and also since the suspension is new you might want to drive about 50 miles to let it sit in

Well mine is kinda tricky coz of my new wheels, I'm running 255/35 fronts and 285/30 rears I love a meaty tires, so when we first installed it
My car was so slammed that I can't even drive it, and also we had to adjust the camber on the front to fit the wheel.. So long story short, finally got the wheels to fit test drove for 1 day too bouncy, went back to shop to adjust dampening and stiffness now it rides so smooth, I get an occasional
Rubbing when I hit bumps but it's all good the way it sits..love it!! So with all that said and done I say 10!! Very happy with my set up
Thanks
Keep me posted on yours

So you guys are saying that increased firmness will eliminate or lessen bounciness?

How would you set this on the V3? Do you adjust the compression or rebound?

EDIT: or both? From what I recall reading, rebound should be higher than compression or vice versa.
