What do you guy think of these LCI tail lights?

My Ride: BMW
How did you guys narrow it down? I have been speaking with them via email so we shall see soon. I have swapped bulbs and resistor box with no luck, so it has to be the harness attached to the headlight housing directly, bulb holders or the wires on the headlight itself.

Are the rods as bright as the OEMs? I was confused by the post with the side by side with the tail lights done by Simon from BCD; the OEM's looked much brighter and I wasn't sure if that was because it was at full 12V and the Depo version was running at a lower voltage, or if the rods are just dimmer?

Lights ordered today from Unique Style Racing Aka USR . Lights at the site are $199 use promo code pt2014 and get $20 off. So I paid $179 + 30 shipping to Jacksonville Fl. Not bad for $209. Hey they also have the Depo headlights...
