How did you guys narrow it down? I have been speaking with them via email so we shall see soon. I have swapped bulbs and resistor box with no luck, so it has to be the harness attached to the headlight housing directly, bulb holders or the wires on the headlight itself.

Same thing happened to me, just push down the reverse-light bulb. You can look on the back of the tail-light find which one is for the reverse-light.
The bulb is not screw in or tighten, you just push it in so push it in and see if it works for you. If not then perhaps the bulb was damaged in transit.

These Depo and OEM lights are not sealed. Just the foam pad that came with it is sufficient just like OEM. The only lights that are sealed are the Headlights, since they have internal sensitive electronics for those that have adaptive. Plus they get abuse the most from up front.
