What did you do with your antenna when applying vinyl to your roof?

My Ride: 2010 535i
The people that have said they could apply gloss black vinyl to my roof told me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) wrap my antenna. I was told that I could have it painted but I think that would defeat the purpose of the vinyl being temporary and easily removed.
What other options do I have besides painting the antenna? (car color: alpine white)
