I'm planning to replace the under seat subs with EARTHQUAKE SWS-8 8. However I'd like to know what have people who have done a similar mod used to drive these subs. What amplifier did you use and where did you place it. I have an old Philip DAP 6040 which has the right amount of power to drive these subs but its too big to fit where the current amp is. I do not want to install the amp where it can be seen and I'd like a look as close to stock.
Also where did you draw power from because at the moment I intend to use the existing wiring harness that is powering up the current OEM amp.

Take a look at my gallery. I used Infinity amp and it's very good. However, you just need to buy 300W x 2 and mount it like what I did.

Sorry I can't seem to see anything in your gallery regarding this. Where should I be looking? any links? Your gallery has only a single image in it.
