That's not OEM. Looks like the bass control for an aftermarket sub from the previous owner.

yeah definitely not oem, you might want to take that panel off to see what the knob might be for.

Yeah probably because I think there was something in the trunk, Some time I get bad static from speakers I looked in the trunk under cover the wires are cut looks like there was something & if I touch them sound goes off or get very bad static.
