Just did mine in under 20 minutes (inline 6). I used Bosch Iridium plugs, about $60 for all 6 - and immediately my idle was more smooth and acceleration felt better. Highly recommended if you have around 80K miles.

Autozone, I got the number from NGK's website. Dealer believes that they should la 100K

called, autozone, they dont stock them,
Pepboys, does not stock them, nor can they get them, have to special order, and it will take a week or soo, according to CS manager...
called Kragen, you can place a deposit, before 11:30am, they will get it to the store by 5pm...
the NGK Iridium PLus # 1208 x6 @ about 9.99 each
FYI, the part number #1208 is for a 2006 5er,
the 2005's are different,
and all the V8's are different as well
called BMW dealer today to get a price, they have Bosch in stock at 21.99 each, what a rip off...
