I bought some Oracal vinyl to have my roof wrapped a few weeks ago. I was told I needed a 60x60 sheet, so I ordered it and took it to the shop. They were in the middle of installing it and it ended up being 1 inch short because of the curve. Got kinda pissed and didn't order some more right away. Ordered a 60x72 sheet last week and got it this week. When I came home the tube it came in was BENT in the middle.

Looking in the tube it looks like it might be creased in the middle. I have not taken it out of the tube, because its pretty crammed in there and I don't want to have to try to stuff it back in.

My question is if I take it to the shop am I f'd because of the crease? Or will the potential crease come out if they use heat? Didn't think it was such a hastle to get my roof wrapped, alot of shops I even called are scared to touch my car, because its a "BMW".

Nope, you'll be fine. I have +/- $500 in vinyl in my garage for/from various projects and all creases come right out when heat is applied.

Good to hear, haven't worked much with vinyl. I'd like to attempt it myself but I don't want to cut something wrong and have to order more
