I was also considering chipping my 535d.
But i couldn't resist to try a much cheaper powerbox and try this first!
Just placed this weekend a 89? powerbox from www.abrieb.de on my 535d.
Ordered via Ebay and it took me 5 min to install!
Performance measerad before and after with chrono:
-------------before - after
0-100km/h 6.3s 5.3s (starting is second gear is better and gives less spin)
0-160km/h 13.5s 12.0s
0-200km/h 21.5s 18.2s
0-250km/h 43.0s 34.2s

Really amazing power increase. I don't know how much but my time to f.e. 0-200 is even slightly faster then the video's from Wetterauer chip (40-200 : 17.5s)
The engine is pushing so hard that i am afraid to break something.
I don't think i need to go for a more expensive ECU chiptuning now.
Is anyone aware of any engine problem because of a power box?
Can anyone guess how much power i have now?

I am really impressed. Mine was reprogrammed in Spain but I have never got those figures....
Chrono in hand I made 6 secs 0-100 Km/h....after repr.
After reprgrm I took it to measure on a dyno station
330 hp at 4100 rpm
660 Nm torque at 3150 rpm

One week before, I have my 535d DMS'd and I have to say, it's worth the price.
I saw many bad reports in www.motor-talk.de about tuning boxes. Even the boxes from Hartge and AC Schnitzer (because of the particulate filter, you need a new exhaust system, if you choose AC Schnitzer) have a quite bad reputation.
If I were you, I would immediately change to DMS! Your cheap box will indanger or even kill your system and the filter.

mate that is not good, no BLACKlist boxes!!! I got on my 530d old one 608 Nm just serviced and no probs

My Ride: 535d Sport, carbon black, media pack, visibility pack, grey leather, heated seats, sun protection glass, voice control, Eibach ProKit, 19" 166 style wheels, e-maps ECU remap to 325hp and 640NM, top speed limiter removed
And with the increases their website states, above performance figures are out of this world.
By the way, the first thing the box will cock up, should be your particulate filter, as these boxes only increase rail pressure, fuel quantity and extend the burning cycle slightly. Hence the filter can't cope and your engine gets much hotter.
Good luck and show us some proof of the figures you posted, as I, for one, do not believe them.
My 535d is properly remapped and those figures are not within reach.

I have checked also their web. Improvements in power and torque are modest. Less than through reprogramming.
So; 5,3 secs from 0-100? Hard to believe. I have tried starting from 1st, 2nd gear, and also in DS and D, but never lowered 6 secs...
May be your measuring procedure is different
