Not really, if I made up my mind I would have purchased one already instead of posting this!

I want to know why the arrows are so important, so far no one has explained this.
Yeah it shows you where the cops are front, side, behind.. but like I said on my first post, regardless where they are,
if I hear a alert, I will slow down to the speed limit until the alert is gone.
So please tell me how the arrows work in my behalf.. your last example failed.
Go to the V1 site and read some of the stories, maybe 1 of them will pass your "test". GL

its simple if the threat is in front slow down, if the threat is behind you and getting weaker then you are good to go

either side lets you know slow down ASAP

its worth the money for me to know my distances and direction of the alert

And your previous comment suggesting that you still hope I get "tagged" was in the community spirit because you couldn't come up with a logical reason why the V1 arrow is superior than other Radar Detectors in the market is contributing?

Its not the issue with money... the Passport 9500ix is a hundred dollars more than the V1.

Before I make my decision on a purchase, I just wanted to know why the arrows are important. Your above example is
works similar to any other detectors in the market. With other detectors, when you drive away from the threat the signal decreases, does it not?

its dependent on the model and features of that unit

some just stop altogether others the time between each beep increases

The arrows give you the exact direction of the radar. That's it. Its not Haitian voodoo or some shit man
