Picture this: You're driving at night on a highway, a state trooper may be tailing you for a few miles from behind without you knowing. If you don't have arrow, you'd never know what is behind you and thought its a false alarm since the radar keeps beeping as you drive along. So, you speed up and the trooper tags you over limit. End of story.
Why would I keep going? I've had very cheap radar detectors before and on all alerts I slow down until it stops beeping.
What moron is going to keep going?

Best Radar out there!
Please prove it! Anyone can just say its the best. With the many false alerts that the V1 gets, I doubt thats what the radar detector is for.

I actually been to that site and read that lot of people are giving up on their V1 because of so many false alerts and moving to Passport 9500ix.

I use V1 too. I think the most important thing is that it gives me an extra eye.

In addition to telling me where the cop is, it also tells me if the cop is using a radar or not. For example, I'd probly slow down when I see a cop camping on the highway if I don't have V1; but I will not if V1 does not beep.

You seem to have made up your mind about V1 and Passport. So just buy it already.

Not really, if I made up my mind I would have purchased one already instead of posting this!

I want to know why the arrows are so important, so far no one has explained this.
Yeah it shows you where the cops are front, side, behind.. but like I said on my first post, regardless where they are,
if I hear a alert, I will slow down to the speed limit until the alert is gone.
So please tell me how the arrows work in my behalf.. your last example failed.
