Is everything included in the box that comes with the V1 to hardwire it? I am hardwiring on the leftside of the windshield and it will wired into the overhead lighting.

I don't have the consealed display, but it should come with the extra cable needed to hook up to the port used to hardwire the V1 included with the detector itself.

Those overhead lights are not switched. The rain sensor is switched and in the same vicinity.
