Ask jmcaiado - he might know if it is possible, he has a lot of the TIS, but I think you can't open the lights and replacing is too expensive.

Does anybody have TIs information on the headlights and removal instructions?

This would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance
Here's what I found in my TIS CD. Appearently, the lower screws that hold the headlights on the E60 is hidden by the bumper cover and not accessable without removing the bumper cover. In the instructions that I have posted below is says to remove the bumper "trim", but when I clicked on that box it went to another page and gave instructions on removing the complete bumper cover.

So if you still want to go ahead and give it a try then let me know and I will post the instructions on how to remove the bumper cover.

Lots of luick zipper. Enjoy your vacation. I just got back from holiday in Sweden. It was a blast. I took some pics of 2 E60's that I saw. I will soon be removing the warning stickers from my sun visors.

Kigerka, welcome back. Good to see you didn't forgot your passport again.

That's okay, I deserve it.
The biggest problem is that we flew with Ryan air from Charleroi Belgium which is about 1h 45 min away from home. We realized we forgot them 15 minutes from the airport.
