I must say these guys are amazing at Motorcepts.
Upgrades done this past weekend:

It seems so hard to capture the right photo for what the real AE looks like in person. It does seem a lot brighter then the V2.1 for sure.

thought of the same thing when I saw the pic John posted the daylight pic... may be I'll pull the trigger on this

Yea very true. The Motorcepts Angel Eye is actually brighter the the V2.1 and these V3.0 are brighter the Motorcepts version.
here is another pic... of the upgrade.. as you can see the entire housing is lit up from just the Angel eye.

If you dont mind me asking..how much was V3.0 ??

i know V2 is around $130...

also, does motorcept install them? if so how much do they charge with installlation?

i am in south jersey...and if its worth it..dont mind driving to queens.

V3.0 is 199 or 200 Shipped. I believe installed is 230 or 240. (I will confirm receipt when i get home tonight)
John@Motorcepts installed them for me... did all the light upgrades within 30 mins.. i think honestly.

Their knowledge alone is worth it.. so i totally give you the ::thumbs up:: on the go ahead with heading out to queens.
