I tried the SB in my 545i, after a tranny reset, but I wasn't pleased with the results. My car actually wouldnt redline with the SB in D or DS modes, which i thought was weird. Although, I've heard 530i and 525i automatic owners say the difference is noticeable and worth the $270.
