Underground Maintenance Schedule?

So I remember reading somewhere that there is an "underground" maintenance schedule that is more thorough and complete than the standard servicing periods.

Any recommendations?

what BMW wants is to sell more cars, and keep owners upgrading every 50K miles to the new model. if you're planning on keeping your bimmer for the long haul, go ahead and follow the "factory scheduled maintenance" and come talk to us at 100K how your bimmer's falling apart.
