Remember, this is an E39, not an E60, I don't know if you will have that error on your cars yet.
I understand...But in the event that the E60's do get error codes. Will you supply the resistors?

Yeah, sorry guys. I wasn't able to get over to Umnitza today. I'll be over on Monday.

I am concerned about getting an error message. If reverted back to the original state will it get rid of any error code?

You will only get the error message if you hook them up as DRL's. umnitza has only confirmed this error in his E39's, so you will be the first E60 to test unless some people get their ICE V2's delivered by this weekend.

There should be at least 2 to get it by this weekend.

Can you tell which one is V1? and which one is V2?

Today's 6 series.

My guess, (looking at the picture) left is V2 and right is V1. But, I'm having a difficult time seeing much difference. The camera settings have a lot to do with it. I'd have to add, if you back up into the sun, you wouldn't be able to see either. But I know, seeing it in person would be a totally different story. I'll reserve my final comments until I see it with my own eyes.

E39 ECU under the in cabin air filter passenger side. Video shows how to remove this, but I'm not going to be able to load it tonight.

Here's the Tap:

Here's the OE plug that is specific to the 6 Series and E39. In retrospect, this is as easy as the E39, but you have to have smallish hands.

I had to dim down the exposure.
Here's my car in the sun, since the 6 series drove away pretty quickly

Can you tell which one is which?

I hope I am not going to see msg from Umnitza stating: "Since we can't tell much diff from V1 vs V2, we are releasing V3 which has x2 brightness"

So how is Angelibrights V1 vs V2 different from Umnitza V1 vs V2 claims?

I tihnk it's pretty obvious based on the 2 pictures I posted that V1 and V2 are not the same brightness. So not only do we back up our claims, we actually show them.

Look, if you want, I'll give you Ruben's number, he owns a multi-million dollar steel company in Antioch CA, he's got a 545, 645, and he's probably going to get the M3 when it comes out. He's not some off the wall customer. He said: "I can tell immediately that one side is brighter, the minute you plugged it.

I'm confident. Clearly.
