There is an oem tv tuner at the moment.

Will that fit a car with business nav? Ive checked http://www.realoem.com/bmw/select.do and it appears that it will fit?
Aprox, how long will it take for the dealer to fit it?

I wouldn't buy this item!!!
It says "Original BMW TV tuner WITH teletext"...
The ORIGINAL BMW TV tuner for the e60 doesn't have TV text. If it has teletext it's not the original BMW TV tuner or it is not the one for the e60...

What I know is:
The signal from the TV tuner is a regular FBAS signal. This signal needs to be converted into RGB, what the CCC does.
With bus nav you only have the MAS-K, and therefore you can not display RGB signals on the CID through idrive...
